Service Delivery Timing<\/th>\nAfter payment has been confirmed, the pilgrimage schedule will be arranged and the service will be carried out on the agreed date or dates.
\nDelivery of the completed items (including the nokyocho stamp book, videos, photos, report, and other related materials) will generally take approximately 10 days after the pilgrimage has been completed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/th>\n1. Cancellation by the customer
\nIf the customer cancels after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $50 USD (tax excluded).
\nAny bank transfer fee required for the refund will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation after the service has begun
\nNo refunds will be provided once the pilgrimage has begun (including the operator\u2019s departure for on-site travel), or once any part of the service has already been provided, including video recording or report preparation.<\/p>\n

3. Postponement due to weather or other circumstances
\nIf safe operation is difficult due to bad weather or other circumstances, the service will be postponed rather than canceled.
\nIn such cases, no refund will be issued, and the service will instead be carried out on a newly agreed date.<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation by the operator
\nIf the service is canceled for reasons on our side, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
