If payment is made by bank transfer, any transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility. If payment is made by credit card, any fees or charges imposed by the card issuer will apply in accordance with that issuer’s terms.
Service Delivery Timing After payment has been confirmed, the pilgrimage schedule will be arranged and the service will be carried out on the agreed date or dates.
Delivery of the completed items (including the nokyocho stamp book, videos, photos, report, and other related materials) will generally take approximately 10 days after the pilgrimage has been completed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Cancellation by the customer
If the customer cancels after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administrative fee of $50 USD (tax excluded).
Any bank transfer fee required for the refund will be borne by the customer.

2. Cancellation after the service has begun
No refunds will be provided once the pilgrimage has begun (including the operator’s departure for on-site travel), or once any part of the service has already been provided, including video recording or report preparation.

3. Postponement due to weather or other circumstances
If safe operation is difficult due to bad weather or other circumstances, the service will be postponed rather than canceled.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the service will instead be carried out on a newly agreed date.

4. Cancellation by the operator
If the service is canceled for reasons on our side, all fees already paid will be refunded in full.
Terms of Service The conditions governing the service, including service details, streaming and filming, cancellations and refunds, and the handling of deliverables, are set out in our Terms of Service.

PDF reports, videos, photo albums, and similar materials provided by the operator may be used only for personal viewing and storage by the customer who applied for the service and their family members.
However, even in such cases, any public sharing, redistribution, reposting, or transmission to third parties requires prior permission from the operator.

If customers provide photographs, messages, or other materials to the service, copyright in such materials generally remains with the provider. However, the customer is deemed to grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, copy, edit, and store such materials only to the extent necessary for providing the service and maintaining related records.
If the operator wishes to use such materials for promotional or publicity purposes, separate prior consent will generally be obtained.

If a violation of this section is identified, the operator may take appropriate legal action, including demands for removal, suspension of use, or claims for damages.
In cases of serious copyright infringement, the matter may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
